Click the Contact button on the left of the Account Dashboard to contact your parking operator.
Either click the Stop Parking link on your Account Dashboard, or edit your Account and enter a value into the Last Day to Park field.
From your Account Dashboard, click the Update link beside "Active Parkers" to see the Parker List. Edit the Parker you want to terminate, and enter a date in the Last Day to Park field.
Contact your local parking operator, so they may reinstate the Parker.
First, use the Find Parking link at the top of the screen to sign up for parking in a different location. Then terminate your Account in the current location.
If you have Parkers in more than one Location, or you used to park in a different location, you may pick which Account you want to work on. After you have been terminated with no balance for a few months, that Account will disappear.
Click the Profile link at the top right of the screen, and select Change Password.
When a spot becomes available, you will receive an email. Log into your Account to complete the sign up and start parking.
